Please read these terms carefully before using the Lube & Gear platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lube & Gear Ltd. website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2Account Registration

To place orders and access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.

Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password with any third party.

Promptly update your account information if any details change.

Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Platform.

Lube & Gear reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain fraudulent information, or are used for unauthorized purposes.

3Orders & Payments

All orders placed through the Platform constitute an offer to purchase products. Lube & Gear reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email or SMS.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. All online payments are processed through SSLCommerz, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway.

Payment must be completed at the time of order placement for online payment methods. COD payments are collected upon delivery.

Lube & Gear does not store credit or debit card information on its servers. All payment data is handled securely by our payment gateway partners.

Orders may be cancelled by the customer before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

In the event of payment failure or suspected fraud, Lube & Gear reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer.

4B2B & Wholesale Terms

Business-to-business (B2B) accounts are subject to additional terms beyond those applicable to individual customers:

Registration: B2B accounts require verification of business credentials, including trade license, TIN certificate, and authorized signatory details.

Pricing: Wholesale pricing is provided on a tier-based system depending on order volume and account history. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Credit Terms: Approved B2B partners may be eligible for credit terms of 15 to 30 days, subject to credit evaluation and approval by Lube & Gear's finance team.

Minimum Orders: B2B orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) as specified on the product listing or in the wholesale agreement.

Resale: B2B customers purchasing products for resale must comply with manufacturer brand guidelines and may not alter product packaging or labeling.

5Shipping & Delivery

Lube & Gear delivers across all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our logistics network and third-party courier partners.

Standard delivery within Dhaka is 1-2 business days. Outside Dhaka, delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on location.

Shipping is free for orders above BDT 2,000 within Dhaka. A flat delivery fee of BDT 60 applies for orders below this threshold.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, political events, or logistical delays.

Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

For B2B bulk orders, customized logistics and delivery schedules can be arranged through our sales team.

6Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Lube & Gear strives to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and special offers are subject to their own terms and may not be combined unless specified.

B2B wholesale prices are subject to separate agreements and may differ from retail prices displayed on the Platform.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and the overall design and layout, is the property of Lube & Gear Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product names and brand logos such as Castrol, Shell, Mobil, Liqui Moly, Total, and Valvoline are trademarks of their respective owners. Their display on this Platform does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those trademark owners beyond our authorized distributorship.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Lube & Gear Ltd.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lube & Gear Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Important: Lube & Gear's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Lube & Gear does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any applicable local laws, the provisions of the local laws shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

10Changes to Terms

Lube & Gear reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
