Shipping within Dhaka is free for orders above BDT 2,000. For orders below that threshold, a flat delivery fee of BDT 60 applies. Outside Dhaka, shipping charges vary based on location and order weight, and are calculated at checkout.

Unopened lubricant products typically have a shelf life of 3-5 years when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each product displays its manufacturing date and batch number on the packaging. Once opened, we recommend using the product within 12 months.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Defective or incorrect items can be returned at any time with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, log into your account and navigate to your Order History. Select the order and item you wish to return, then fill out the return request form. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and arrange a pickup if approved.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. For card payments, the refund will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days. Cash on delivery refunds are issued via bKash or bank transfer.
