We take the security of your payment information extremely seriously. Lube & Gear does not directly store, process, or transmit credit card or debit card data on its servers.
Payment Processors: All online payments are processed through SSLCommerz, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Mobile financial services including bKash and Nagad are handled through their respective secure APIs. We never have access to your complete card details.
We only retain transaction reference IDs, payment status, and the last four digits of your card number (if applicable) for order tracking and refund processing.
All payment pages are served over HTTPS with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Cash on Delivery transactions do not involve any digital payment data storage.
